No matter where you are in your motherhood journey, I’m here to help you feel strong, confident, and capable. Together, we’ll focus on rebuilding your strength so you can enjoy the activities you love at every stage.
I graduated from PT school in 2018 and jumped into working as a travel physical therapist. With my husband working remotely and no kids, we took full advantage of the opportunity to explore the country. Over two years, we lived in places like Washington, Arizona, Hawaii, South Dakota (both Eastern and Western), Georgia, and Massachusetts. It was an incredible experience, but eventually, we were ready to settle down, buy a house, and start a family.
A few months after buying our home, we found out we were expecting, and we couldn’t have been more excited! As a lifelong athlete with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I knew I wanted to stay active throughout my pregnancy and get back to doing the things I love postpartum. Despite all my education, I found myself unsure how to exercise safely during pregnancy and how to best reintroduce fitness postpartum. I worried that lifting too heavy or doing certain core exercises might lead to issues like diastasis recti or prolapse. I stuck to a few workouts each week using routines I found online or created myself, but I wasn’t confident I was truly setting myself up for success.
After a long 29-hour labor with my first child, I was fortunate to recover well and get back to moving the way I wanted. The overall pregnancy and postpartum experience motivated me to dive deeper into pelvic floor health and apply my physical therapy knowledge to help other women. If someone with my background felt unsure about pregnancy and postpartum fitness, I realized how many others must feel lost or overwhelmed too.
My mission is to help women build a strong foundation of strength, so they can stay active and enjoy the activities they love for years to come. I want to see moms confidently running around with their kids, free from pain or leaking. Too often, I hear women say, "I could do that before I had kids," and I’m here to change that. I truly believe that movement is medicine.
I love spending time with my family, going for walks, hiking, and planning our next travel adventure. I’m also a big fan of playing and watching volleyball (along with other sports on TV). And I’ll happily indulge in a good slice of pizza—it’s all about balance!
I’ve been a physical therapist since 2018, gaining experience in diverse settings and working with geriatric, orthopedic, and pelvic floor patients. While I’ve enjoyed helping a wide range of individuals, my passion lies in empowering women to feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies!
